This patient presented with a firm tender deep nodule on upper arm. Path report came back as angiolipoma. Angiolipomas are similar to lipomas, however they commonly are tender or painful unlike lipomas.
Angiolipoma punch pop. Soft tissue tumor composed of adipocytes. Similar but different from lipomas. Mr. PopZit 2111
