This patient came in with a painful cyst over the spine that had already swelled up and we reduced it with antibiotics. This is the video of the removal. I also found a few blackheads when I snooped around. I started with a blackhead and ended with a blackhead, with the excision in between, hence the name “blackhead sandwich cyst”.
