This patient presented with a large mass on her elbow that was preventing her from resting her arm on hard surfaces. This looked and felt like a lipoma, but as you see it was full of surprises. There were some adhesions attached just above the ulner nerve which actually caused her arm to jump with the reflex response! Exciting stuff.
