This is actually from 2021; thanks to my patient for sharing. It was fun talking with him. Perfect example of a lobulated cyst. Loculations are pockets sometimes separated by thin membranes in an abscess or large area with cellulitis. Lobulations are small lobules or pooched-out areas from the main sac or growth, common in cysts or kidneys sometimes. You can see the lobules when I dissect the sac.
