This is the 2nd bump on the back. Seemed like it could be a bigger cyst, but it actually was a similar sized cyst that had blown out the bottom and was starting to turn into an abscess and liquify. This made sense because the patient said this one was starting to become painful to touch and what brought her into my office. There was a fluid pocket and broken down cyst contents that came out. Interesting to see the broken down cyst wall. Thanks to my patient for sharing her procedures!
