This patient has steatocystoma multiplex. I have shared his moles on his arms previously (video link below). Thanks to my patient for sharing his procedures. Steatocystomas are characterized by multiple, epithelial-lined, sebum-filled, dermal cysts that have sebaceous glands within the cyst walls. They can happen sporadically or in an autosomal dominant pattern of inheritance. They can be 1-2 mm up to several centimeters across. The sacs do not always have to be removed; sometimes the body will break them down and reabsorb them once the contents have been removed. They can also be cauterized to destroy them.
Chest extractions! Butter steatomas imbedded under the skin removed. See the sacs and contents. Mr. PopZit 270326
