This patient had a mass getting bigger and causing pain on her left buttock. I do a simple excision, drain the contents, and remove the sac. The cyst had carved out a nice little pocket for itself. Fat tissue will redistribute in time to fill in the void left behind. Thanks to my patient for sharing her procedure.
